Paul transports foals to top sports horses for us, taking all the hassle and complications away from travelling to and from Europe (now Brexit makes it so much more difficult). He always keeps us well informed and updated throughout the journey.

In the summer my daughter, our precious horse and myself had a stressful situation where our horsebox broke down on a busy road, with drivers that felt the need to beep their horn and race pass. Luckily some lovely local farmers came to the rescue and managed to get us to an important show. However because we had to abandon the horsebox we took the entire contents of the lorry with us.

We made contact with our horsebox rescue and that is where the lady in shining armour arrived, also known as Emma. She was professional, calm and took control of all the situation. The horsebox was immaculate, she assisted with us loading all of our stuff, she loaded our horse for us, offered us bottled water and took all the stress of getting home, I think she could see the relief on my face after a long day. 

I have always driven my horse, but Emma drove us smoothly with the CCTV on so we could watch our horse the entire journey. Emma was bubbly, put my mind at ease and was a pleasure to have at the end of a stressful and long day. 

I would recommend the fleet, the service and the customer and horse care. It is a service that understands and can handle horses, all different scenarios and take the stress away.
